Ensure your neighbor has a Holiday without Hunger
Help set the table for our food-insecure neighbors this Holiday Season. Feeding Chittenden has a goal of feeding 10,000 families between November 1st – December 31st, 2023, but we need your support!
A donation of $25 will provide a meal for a family of four.
You can make a contribution today, and fill a virtual shopping cart with the items we need most – all from the comfort of your home. The products in the Holiday Virtual Food Drive are intended to be representative of the types of foods that will be purchased with your gift this holiday season. We are able to purchase food at wholesale rates and below – this is much lower in cost than retail prices in the local supermarket.
If you are still looking to donate food in person, bring your contributions to our Food Access Center located at 228 N. Winooski Avenue in Burlington between 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday – Friday.
With your help, Feeding Chittenden can strengthen communities by providing nutritious foods and support services to people who are struggling to make ends meet during these difficult times. Together we can make a difference in the lives of Vermonters facing food insecurity and hunger.
